Yes. Upgrade or add units anytime — you only pay the prorated difference for the remaining days in your billing cycle, not the full month. Downgrades take effect at the end of your cycle. No penalties, no lock-in, never a rupee more than what you use.
If you add 4 units mid-month on a ₹25/unit plan, we calculate the exact remaining days and charge only for that. For example, if 15 days remain in a 30-day cycle: 4 units × ₹25 × 15/30 = ₹50 + GST. Your next renewal then covers all units at the full rate. You never overpay.

No. The society pays the subscription. Residents use the app for free. There are no per-resident or per-transaction charges.

Older platforms charge bracket fees — a flat amount for "up to 100 units", another for "up to 200", and so on. A 14-unit society pays the same as a 100-unit society.
